Summary: Jensen is a carrier, which means he can get pregnant. He wants kids, but just got out of a long relationship and doesn't want to wait for another one. Jared is his best friend who would do anything for him, Including giving him a baby
A/N: gah i know this is LOOOOOOONNNNNGG overdue. My life has been pretty hectic as of late so i havent had a lot of time to write. This is a pretty short and kind of meaningless chapter, but I figure, its somethin, right?

Jared paced his living room. He had just gotten off the phone with Jensen, telling him they needed to talk, and that Jensen should come over.
Jared had been thinking about this for a week now. The nagging in his head wouldn’t stop. He sighed, and bit his thumb nail. He didn’t know how Jensen would react, if he would agree, or get angry. He jumped at the knock on the door and went to open it.
“Hey Jen…” Jared smiled at his friend. Jensen hugged him and came in.
“What did you wanna talk to me about Jared?” Jensen sat on the couch and looked up at Jared.
Jared gulped and sat down, taking Jensen’s hand in his.
“Jen, I have been thinking about this a lot. Like, it keeps me up at night, a lot. And uh… I just… I think…”
Jensen pulled his hand away and looked down.
“You wanna back out…” Jensen whispered. Jared raised his head and his eyes widened.
“What? No! No… Jen, no I don’t. Really. I was actually wondering… If you wanted to move in with me.” Jared blushed and looked down.
Jensen smiled. “Are you serious?”
Jared nodded. “Yeah Jen, totally. I mean, it would make sense right? My apartment is bigger than yours; I can turn the office into a nursery… And you can have the guest room. I could move my computer and desk into my room. That way, we will be together a lot more, so you don’t have to drive to my house at 9 at night because you’re ovulating. You will already be here. And if we do get pregnant, I will be by your side always, and be able to take care of you, and run out and get you ice cream and shrimp at 2 in the morning because you’re having strange pregnancy cravings.”
Jensen hugged him. “Of course I wanna move in with you! Thank you Jared… You don’t know how much this means to me. This could not have happened at a more perfect time, my lease is up anyway.”
Jared smiled. “Great. Well then, I uh, I guess we should get you packed and stuff.” Jared smiled.
“Jared… I love your guest room, I really do…But can we maybe… re-do it to more my style? Since it will be my room and all…” Jensen blushed.
“Of course Jen. We can go to Home depot. We should do it before you move in so you don’t have to smell paint fumes and stuff.” Jared smiled.
Jensen squealed and ran to the guest room. “I’M GOING TO SEE WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE!”
Jensen was always the more feminine one out of the two of them…

Jensen stood in Home Depot, comparing two colors against each other. Jared sighed. They had been there for an hour already and only managed to pick up a lamp that Jensen liked, and narrow his paint color choice to “Red Rose” and “Cranberry Zing” and to tell the truth, Jared could NOT tell the difference between the two colors.
“Jen, Pick one.” Jared gritted out.
Jensen scoffed at him. “Uhm, it’s my room. I want to feel comfortable in it. I can’t feel comfortable in a room that isn’t the right color. The difference between these two colors could mean more or less morning sickness, migraines, and in general bitchyness from me. If I wake up in a room that’s too bright, then I will feel dizzy and sick, if I wake up in a room that’s too dark, I won’t want to get up and I will miss things. It needs to be the right shade.”
Jared looked at Jensen with an awestruck look. “Are you serious?” Jensen looked at him from under his glasses. “As a heart attack.”
Jared decided he was going to go look at power tools.

“JARED! JARED!” Jensen called, running to Jared who was looking at power drills, holding two color strips.
“Hi! Okay so what do you think for the kitchen, Custard Yellow, or Spring Morning-glory?”
Jared took the paint colors away from him. “Jen, did you decide what color to paint your bedroom?”
Jensen smiled and nodded. “Yeah I’m going to go with Sage green. Kitchen color Jared?”
Jared sighed. “Jen, we aren’t re-doing my kitchen, just your bedroom for now. Okay? When you get pregnant I will let you design the WHOLE nursery. For now, stick to your room okay? I though you wanted something red?”
Jensen shrugged. “Naw, I’m kind of sick of red. My room has been red for a long time. I want it green now.” Jensen walked away with the two color strips.
Jared stared after his friend. He had never seen this side of Jensen before. He wondered if this was normal. He sighed and followed Jensen.

Jared wiped sweat off of his forehead and sighed. “JEN! CAN YOU GET ME SOME WATER?” Jared called out to Jensen, who was in the kitchen. Jensen came in to the room with a glass of water and smiled.
“Looks great Jared! Thank you so much.” Jensen handed Jared the water and kissed him. “That’s the last one right?” He asked
Jared nodded.
“Yup. Jensen Ackles, you are officially moved in. How does it feel?”
Jensen smiled and lay down on his bed. “Mmm comfy. I’m glad I decided on this mattress.”
Jared smiled and lay down with him. He sighed. “I’m glad you moved in with me Jen…”
“Me too Jay.”
They lay there in silence for a while, and then Jensen sat up.
“Jared, get off my bed! You’re getting my new sheets sweaty!” Jensen crinkled his nose is mock disgust.
Jared laughed before tackling Jensen down on the bed.
“God forbid I get your new sheets sweaty with the sweat I worked up putting YOUR room together.”
Jensen looked up at him and raised his eyebrows. “I can think of a better way to get my new sheets sweaty.”
Jared smirked and leaned down to kiss Jensen.
Yeah, Jensen living here was pretty Kick-ass.
